We have a refined process that ensures we do not begin a job before we have the information for each job correct and signed off by you the client. All aspects are covered from position, color and substrate details, be it screen printed tees or business cards.

Deadlines. For some clients if a job arrives one day after an event those promotional items are useless. If we set a date we stick to it. Our usual turnaround time is 2 weeks once the artwork has been approved by you and the deposit has been paid. This timeframe can be shorted down to 1 week or even 2-3 days if required but rush fees would be incurred in such instances.
